Everyone seeking help thinks he or she is not lucky enough

The lucky ones are born slim and they can eat whatever they want without it changing their weight. Maybe! If you think about those ” lucky” people and compare them to the miserable “you” it won’t change your weight. In fact, it will stress you up and make you… increase weight. Remember, the focus should not be on what happens to us in life but on what we do about it. Ask yourself regarding everything you’re not happy about, What can I do about it! If you ask non productive questions like ” why am I fat? ” Or “why am I not healthy?” you’ll get not productive answers that will trigger shame and guilt and make you want to eat more… carbs… and sugars to comfort yourself. If you ask productive questions ” What can I do to change it, now?” you’ll get productive answers that focus on “Action” And go make the change! Less talk, more action is the formula.
