Cancer Paradigm Unveiled: Part 6 – Novel Therapeutic Approach

Cancer cells are unable use energy sources that cannot be fermented. Fatty acids and Ketones need O2 to be converted into ATP (energy), therefore cannot be fermented.

Cancer cells are not able to use O2 to generate ATP.

This has enabled a novel therapeutic approach to manage all types of cancer:

  1. Mitochondrial Care

     – Reduce factors causing mitochondrial damage to curb the formation of toxic ROS (reactive O2 species) or free radicals harming cells and DNA.

  2. Cutting the Cancer Fuel

     – Limit cancer-driving substrates: Especially glucose and refined carbohydrates.

     – Note: Glutamine, a vital amino acid which is produced by the body, cannot be significantly reduced through dietary intake.

  3. Embrace Ketosis

     – Cancer cells rely on fermentation; fatty acids and ketone bodies are unfermentable, need O2 for ATP conversion.

     – Aim for a Glucose:Ketone Index (GKI) of 2.0 or less—crucial for cancer treatment.

  4. Periodic Water-Only Fasting

     – Intensify ketones and induce autophagy (cell cleaning/recycling) with 5-7 day monthly/periodic water-only fasting.

  5. Exercise Oxygenates Cells

     – Exercise plays a vital role in oxygenating cells, fostering a healthier cellular environment.

     – Resistance Exercise Training (RET) improves survivability

  6. Stress Management

     – Prioritize stress management to support overall well-being.

  7. Quality Sleep

     – Good sleep contributes to holistic health and supports the body’s natural defenses.

  Holistic Impact

     – These strategies not only eliminate cancer cells but also fortify non-cancerous cells, empowering the body in the fight against cancer without causing harm.
